Andrew Kramer, a learning and development expert with a passion for creating inclusive and equitable environments for growth and education, has had an extensive career in the education and nonprofit sectors. Kramer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government and a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership and Policy, as well as a Single Subject Teaching Credential in Social Studies.

Kramer's career highlights include serving as Manager of Learning and Development at the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee and founding The Whole Human Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting social and emotional learning. Previous roles include serving as Learning and Development Manager for the City of Boulder, SEL Coach and Lead of Professional Learning, Family and Youth Engagement for the City and County of Denver, and Program Director for Galileo Learning. Prior to his work in learning and development, Kramer worked in various roles in education, including as a middle school social studies teacher in Oakland and Alameda Unified School Districts, and as the President and CEO of Associated Students, Inc. at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

Kramer's expertise lies in equity-focused learning and development, social and emotional learning, and belonging-focused diversity and inclusion training. He is committed to creating visible and inclusive staff models and curriculum content, and prioritizes building strong, supportive communities. Kramer is known for his ability to establish infrastructure that promotes engagement, meaningful content, and emotional connection between facilitators and learners.
