Sylvia Smetana is a veteran financial manager, advisor, and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in leading organizations in Europe and the US. She is also a board member and has worked extensively with value-driven CEOs and business owners to help build a culture of high performance and empower women to reach the top. Sylvia has an MBA from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and began her career as a Tax Accountant at KPMG. She later worked as a business consultant in Germany before moving to the US to assume the role of Director of Finance. Sylvia is passionate about helping women become top leaders and fostering diversity in leadership, leading her to found Divershefy. She is a Founding Member at Divershefy Club and a former Partner at Angaros Group. Sylvia has a wealth of experience in change leadership, growth consulting, and financial management.
