Ebony Smith, MCC (she/her), is the founder of Ebony Smith & Associates, Inc, a boutique training and development firm focusing on V.U.C.A. work environments.

Ebony works with professionals, particularly Mid-Career to Sr. Executives, to help them discover their perfect equation for exponential growth within corporate cultures.

With a background in MS in Environmental Protection & Safety Management and BS in Chemistry with an Applied Science in Biology, Ebony brings a unique blend of expertise to her coaching and training programs.
