Nina Vaca is an American business executive, philanthropist, and community leader who has been inducted into the Minority Business Hall of Fame and named a Trailblazing Woman in Labor and Business by the Women’s History Project. She is currently the Chairman and CEO of Pinnacle Group, a workforce solutions powerhouse that has received numerous awards and recognition for its business success, including being included in the Inc. 500/5000 list of fastest-growing companies 13 times and being named fastest-growing women-owned/led company by the Women Presidents’ Organization in both 2015 and 2018.

Nina studied Communications/Business at Texas State University and has completed several executive programs at prestigious universities such as Harvard Business School, Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and The Tuck School of Business Executive Program at Dartmouth College. She also became a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute in 2016.

Nina is a committed civic leader and philanthropist with extensive international experience. She was appointed by the White House as an inaugural member of the Presidential Ambassadors for Global Entrepreneurship (PAGE) program in 2014 and has received honorary doctorates from Northwood University, Mount Mary University, and Berkeley College. She is also a lifetime member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Nina has held various leadership roles at organizations such as the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC), Startup America Partnership, and STEMconnector, and has served on the board of directors of publicly traded companies like Cinemark and Kohl's. She is also a member of The Dallas Assembly and The Texas Lyceum.
