After an emotional awakening, he embarked on a journey to become a coach that led him to become certified through the most rigorous leadership and coach training program available and reading over 200 books on success, entrepreneurship, leadership, business, and performance. He has since launched DreamMason Inc. and The DreamMason Podcast, interviewing over 200 high-performing and successful leaders to share their insights with his audience.
