Director of Afterschool and Summer Camp Afterschool Program ● Director of program serving approx. 300 students in PS through 6th grade ● Hire, train, and supervise 18 part-time Afterschool Teachers ● Vet, recruit and contract with 45 vendors/outside enrichment instructors to provide a variety of offerings to families ● Program Director for Horizons Afterschool at BFS, fully integrating 20-30 low-income public school Horizons scholars in 1st-8th grades into Afterschool at BFS free of charge Summer Camp ● Director of Summer Camp at BFS, open to all students (at a comparable fee to other Independent School summer camps) 4-years-old through 2nd grade. Summer Camp serves approx. 50-60 campers with 10 Teachers in a 6 week camp. ● Program Director for Horizons+, the after school portion of the Horizons Summer enrichment program. Horizons+ serves approx. 120 students grades K-8th with 18 part-time Afterschool Teachers and minimal funding outside of payroll
