Bill Wong is a veteran in the technology industry with over 20 years of experience in advanced technology research and product development. He is a seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of success in Silicon Valley and Greater China. Wong has a bachelor's degree from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and he also earned a master's and a doctorate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stanford University, fueling his exceptional technological expertise.

Wong's extensive experience includes serving as the CTO at Digital Transaction Limited, where he oversaw the development of their high-performing Blockchain Platform/Fabric. As the CEO at Tardigade Limited, Wong led the team in developing cutting-edge edge computing technologies for high-throughput satellite (HTS) broadband communications in China. Wong developed the world's largest coverage carrier-graded WiFi base-station with smart antenna technology during his time at Wireless Access Group (WAG) - a subsidiary of Hong Kong ASTRI, which he helped found.

Wong was the CEO and CTO of Altai Technologies Limited, which won numerous awards for technological achievement under his leadership. He successfully transformed a financially struggling business into a profitable one in less than two years. Wong has founded multiple tech companies, including Silicon Telecom in Palo Alto, California, and Adaptive Telecom Inc., where he developed smart antenna technologies for CDMA networks.
