Andrey Nayman is an accomplished Executive Product Owner, CEO, and experienced Company Leader with a deep background in Algo-Trading, Startups, and Scaling Tech-oriented Companies. With over 7.5 years of experience in one of the world's biggest Algo-Trading companies, Final, Andrey started his professional career in Economic Research before moving up the ranks to Head of Financial Products at Playtech. He founded Vidmid, a technology leader in OTT space, where he served as the Chairman and CEO. Later on, for five years, he held the position of Managing Director at one of the most active VCs in Israel, Radical Ventures. Since 2019, he has been leading Magic Square, a financial infrastructure company, as the CEO and Founder. Moreover, his academic background includes a PhD in Mathematics from Tel Aviv University and a Master's degree in Applied Economics from The College of Management Academic Studies.
