He has served in various roles in different organizations, including as a Senior Consultant at Self-employed, as well as Chairman of the Board for the Icelandic Student Innovation Fund at the Icelandic Centre for Research - RANNIS, and as CEO at Startup Reykjavik Invest ehf.

Additionally, Einar has held executive positions in financial institutions such as Arion Bank and Icebank, where he was involved in project management, investment banking, and corporate recovery. He has also served on the board of Net Entertainment and as a partner at ScandCap AB.
