Karen Cage is a seasoned consultant and former Fortune 500 employee with over two decades of experience in developing strategic partnerships for businesses of all sizes. She has extensive knowledge of the World Economic Forum (WEF) and leveraged HP's WEF membership to enhance their position in the Advanced Manufacturing industry. Karen has collaborated to launch a new community of innovative manufacturing companies that has facilitated the creation of new business models and sustainable manufacturing solutions.

As a Global Lead – Strategic Brand Partnerships, Karen built HP's brand partnership strategy from scratch, establishing a framework for partnerships operations, uniting cross-functional teams around shared goals, and driving global execution. She has also created successful business relationships with organizations aligned with HP's values and Sustainable Impact commitments, such as Lonely Whale, Girl Rising, and the World Economic Forum.

Karen has worked with leading organizations such as Hewlett Packard, Intuit, Mattel, The Learning Company, and start-ups including Tapgift Networks, iTeach, and KidSafe System as an independent consultant. She helps businesses optimize their partnership strategy, align with NGOs in support of the UN's SDGs or optimize the value of their WEF membership.

Karen graduated with an MBA from San Francisco State University's Lam Family College of Business and a BS from California State University, Chico. Currently, she works as a Strategic Marketing and Partnership Consultant at KLD Consulting.
