Deborah D'sa is a highly qualified and experienced Learning and Development Specialist. She has an Associate's degree from Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Psychology with Human Resource Management from Middlesex University in Dubai. With a passion for mental health, Deborah is also a certified NLP Life Coach, Mental Emotional Release practitioner, and Hypnosis dabbler.

Her professional experience includes working as a Learning and Development Associate at KPMG Lower Gulf and interning as an HR Intern at PwC Middle East. Deborah's aim is to help individuals feel "unstuck" in any aspect of their lives through igniting hope from within. As a result, she offers her services as a life coach and is always eager to connect with those who may need guidance.
