Tricia Tamkin is a highly experienced headhunter and trainer with over 25 years of experience in the recruitment industry. She started her career in 1993 as a headhunter for technology professionals and founded Wolftec, a nationally recognized search firm, four years later, where she placed senior executives in global technology outsourcing. In 2011, Tricia built the eSSentials program with Jason Thibeault to train recruiters in utilizing advanced internet research to find passive candidates. The program has trained thousands of recruiters over the years. Tricia and Jason broadened their offering in 2015 to include Client Cornucopia program and other recruiter-specific training, where every student doing their homework ends up with new clients by the end of the month. Tricia holds a degree from Eastern Illinois University.
