Aaron Applbaum
Aaron Applbaum is a highly accomplished and experienced investor, with a background in cybersecurity, direct investments, and defense-related fields. He is currently a Partner at MizMaa Ventures, where he leads investment into early-stage technology companies and helps them grow. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Investments at Strategic Cyber Ventures, where he led investment efforts and played a critical role in the investment evaluation and execution process. Aaron has also worked at Hudson Bay Capital Management, where he helped deploy capital in multiple private deals for growth-stage companies, many of which focused on cybersecurity. Aaron graduated from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, where his independent research focused on the intelligence community, mid-east politics, and cybersecurity. He is also actively involved in several organizations within the tech industry, including serving as a Board Observer at Brew and as a former Board Member at Anima App and Lynx.MD.
