Makhosi Dlamini is an accomplished leader in the Chemicals industry, with a wealth of experience in Project and Programme Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Sustainable development and Leadership of senior multi-disciplinary teams. Makhosi's passion for simplifying business processes to drive sustainable performance has made her an asset to every organization she has been a part of.

Makhosi studied at Waterford Kamhlaba, where she learned Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the International Baccalaureate Diploma programme. She then went on to study Certified Supply Chain Professional, Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at APICS, followed by a Bachelor of Science (BSc)(Hons), Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science (MSc), Project Management from the University of Cape Town.

Some of Makhosi's notable achievements include serving as the General Manager for Operations and Sustainability at Protea Chemicals, as well as the General Manager for Technical and Sustainable Development, Project Management Lead for Latitude (Innovation and Strategic Execution), Materials Control Manager for Supply Chain, Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, and Project Engineer - all at Omnia Holdings. Makhosi also started out as a Technical Management Trainee at South African Breweries.
