Leah Podratz is an accomplished Innovation and Leadership Expert with over two decades of experience. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Louisiana State University, an M.A. in Clinical Psychology, and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston. Her specialty lies in facilitating transformational growth of senior leaders, with a proven track record of success. She has facilitated and coached over 50 intrapreneurial and entrepreneurial teams using Futures Thinking, Lean Startup, and Design Thinking methods. Her expertise in "What Now?" coaching has helped senior leaders and company founders approaching career and life transitions achieve their goals. Leah has a strong passion for mentoring as well. Currently, she is a mentor for the startup incubator at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, which keeps her connected to the entrepreneurial spirit and new technologies.

Leah's experience working with large corporations like Cox Enterprises, Korn Ferry, Shell, and The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston has made a significant impact on the success of these organizations. She has made an impact at the most senior levels of these organizations and coached senior executives to create a more innovative culture. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Leah is also an experienced sailor, having served as the First Mate on a Sailing Vessel.
