Austin Douglas is an accomplished executive recruiter in the technology industry, specializing in product and engineering leaders at growth stage technology companies. With a strong educational foundation, including a bachelor's degree in geography from Colgate University, Austin brings a wealth of professional experience to his role as Director of Executive Search at Riviera Partners.

Before joining Riviera Partners, Austin worked as a Principal at both Riviera Partners and Safire Partners. He has also served as the Regional Director for the West Coast at Talener, as well as the Co-Founder of Flighter TS, which was subsequently acquired. Prior to that, he held various positions at Talener, including Director, Group Manager, and Relationship Manager.

In addition to his professional experience, Austin has a strong background in education, having studied at both Fitchburg High School and Kent School.
