Anthony S. Bugliari is a highly experienced managing director in the finance industry. With over 25 years of experience, he has held several senior trading positions, specializing in various sectors of the credit business. He is currently Head of U.S. High Grade Trading at Barclays, responsible for overseeing the firm's High Grade Flow, Hybrid Capital, Esoteric, & Yankee trading operations in the U.S. At Lehman Brothers, where he started his career in 1996, he began working in mortgage-backed securities before transferring to the capital securities trading desk in 1997. Mr. Bugliari's expertise covers the entire capital structure of credit trading, particularly in subordinated products. Over the years, he has been the head trader for Mexico and EM corporates, head of all financials trading, and head of hybrid capital trading. He joined Barclays after his tenure at Lehman Brothers. Additionally, he ran Municipal Trading in 2010 to integrate the Credit and Municipal businesses.

Mr. Bugliari holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont. He is a Managing Director for Jefferies and formerly held Managing Director positions at Lehman Brothers and Barclays. He continues to act as a trader for U.S. and Yankee insurance hybrids, non-financial hybrids, and U.S. bank DRD preferreds.
