Debs Armstrong is a highly regarded Experience Designer with a talent for creating cutting-edge Experiential. With over 15 years of experience in the creative industry, she has founded numerous highly influential companies, including Shangri-La at Glastonbury Festival. Known for producing top-end bespoke events, Strong & Co, which she founded in 2006, has worked with a diverse range of clients such as Google, Warner Bros, Channel 4, and The Guardian, to name a few. Strong & Co won the prestigious 2017 Experiential Agency of the Year (under 40 staff) in the UK Event Awards.

Debs is recognized as one of the top three most influential people in the UK event industry by Event Magazine readers. She holds a Foundation degree in Fine Art from Central St Martin's and a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from Byam Shaw School of Art, where she studied immersive installations. Early on, she became known in the events industry as the Producer of Lost Vagueness (2002-2006) and later as the Creative Director at Shangri-La at Glastonbury Festival (2008-2015). Both of these events were groundbreaking and inspired a new generation of event producers, such as Secret Cinema and Boomtown.
