Tatiana Miroshnichenko, an experienced program and project manager with over three years of experience in project management, business valuation, and financial modeling. She holds a degree in Technics and physics of low temperatures from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute, a degree in Financial Management from the Russian University of Economics named after G.V.Plekhanov, and has passed all three levels of the CFA exam. Tatiana's goal is to identify and develop new research areas, valuate businesses and create fundamental research, and plan and analyze market potentials while servicing technological start-ups.

Tatiana began her career at Ernst & Young as a Senior 3 and later worked as the Head of Investment Analytics at Atlas Corporate Services. She then joined the Skolkovo Foundation, where she served as a Manager of Investor Relations and a Project Manager for Key Partners. She also worked as the PMO Manager at Insurance Group MSK and later as a Manager at Twelve Seas Capital Partners. Her most recent role is as an Associate at AltaClub, an extension of Altair VC, where she leverages her skillset to structure deals and develop new research areas.
