Sahil Kini is a dynamic professional with a diverse background in technology and finance. He is the co-founder and CEO of Setu, a fintech startup aimed at making finance intuitive and ubiquitous. Prior to Setu, Kini was an early-stage venture capital investor in fintech and worked as a Principal at Aspada Investments. He also served as the India Stack Evangelist at iSPIRT Foundation, where he worked to develop a digital infrastructure that allows for the efficient delivery of governmental and financial services.

Kini graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, with a degree in Metallurgy & Materials Engineering. He began his career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and went on to work at a variety of startups, including Ezetap Mobile Solutions and Magnet Works. Kini also played a key role in the early stages of the Aadhaar project, a pioneering national identification system in India.

Aside from his professional achievements, Kini is a columnist for HT MINT and a strong believer in the power of networks to create and unlock value.
