He has also developed a multi-modal neural network to identify employee personality and talent profiles from video interviews, NLP and ONA based Covid-19 risk assessment tools, and ARI method for modeling human expertise and high performance for AI applications and intelligent psychometrics. He has spoken and lectured at prestigious learning institutions such as Cambridge University, Geneva Business School, Kings College, and York St. John.
