Earlene Cruz is a highly educated individual with a diverse academic background. She holds a Master's Degree in Food Studies & Social Entrepreneurship from New York University and a B.A. in Business Administration, Management & International Business - French from Seton Hall University. Additionally, she has studied Social Entrepreneurship - Design Thinking in Ghana, French Civilization at University of Paris I, and completed her high school education at International Baccalaureate.
Professionally, Earlene Cruz has been involved in various organizations and roles. She currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at New York University. Previously, she held positions as the Youth Representative and Steering Committee Member at the United Nations DGC, Reporter at New York in French, Director - Sustainable Food Systems Advocate at Kitchen Connection, and Cultural Services- Film Department & Support of Education Attaché at the French Embassy.
