Laurence Cloutier
Laurence Cloutier is a driven and ambitious young woman with a passion for making her mark in the fields of management and communications. She holds a Baccalaureate in Public Relations from the Université du Québec à Montréal and a DESS in administration and general business management from HEC Montréal. Laurence is particularly interested in the human resources aspect of organizational development, with a focus on employee well-being and work-life balance.
She has extensive experience in communications, having worked as the Coordinator of Marketing and Communications at Optimum Talent, and previously as the Communications and Membership Services Manager for the Société de criminologie du Québec. She has also worked as a Marketing Communications Intern for both of these organizations, as well as for La Voix de l'Est newspaper. Beginning her career at the Zoo de Granby as a Student Cashier Manager, Laurence has honed her organizational and leadership abilities.
Laurence is evaluated to be disciplined, a good problem-solver, ethical, communicative, creative, charismatic and curious. She is a promising professional who is committed to making a difference in her field.
