Claire Fawcett, an experienced immigration attorney, has an impressive background providing legal representation and advocacy to unrepresented individuals in various immigration proceedings. She currently manages a team of legal workers providing both full-scope representation and limited services to unaccompanied minors in Office of Refugee Resettlement custody and foster care. Claire is a former Attorney of the Day Attorney Coordinator at The Justice & Diversity Center of The Bar Association of San Francisco and staff attorney at various law firms, where she primarily worked with Spanish-speaking clients on affirmative and defensive U-visa petitions, asylum, and many other immigration cases. Claire holds a B.A. in Political Science from Haverford College and a Doctor of Law - JD, Law from Northeastern University.
