Bhaskar Krishna Arumugam is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in General Management, Commercial experience, Strategy, and Business Development.

He possesses a robust technology expertise in bioprocessing, as well as chemical and pharmaceutical separations.

Specializing in Startup business within corporate structure and New Business Development, Bhaskar excels in identifying, developing business cases, securing funding for new ventures, strategy development and implementation, commercial negotiations, and evaluating investments in early stage technologies.

His educational background includes an MBA from Duke University's The Fuqua School of Business, a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, and a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology. Additionally, he studied at St Josephs College Arts Science.

Bhaskar has held significant leadership roles, including Managing Director/ CEO at Maiva Pharma Pvt Ltd, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Operating Officer at Granules India Limited. Prior to these positions, he held various roles at Eastman Chemical Company and worked as a Graduate Intern at UOP.
