Catharine Merigold is an accomplished business leader with a diverse background in both engineering and entrepreneurship. With an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, Merigold has proven herself to be a versatile and knowledgeable professional. Her past roles include serving as the President and CEO of University Technology Corporation, Vice President of Marketing and Sales at US WEST, and European Product Line Manager at Hewlett-Packard - Microwave and Telecommunications Measurements. Additionally, Merigold has been a member of the board of directors, audit committee, and compensation committee at various organizations, including AeroVironment and P2Binvestor. She has served as a mentor for Techstars and Global Accelerator Network/Innovyz Start, and as a board member for the Colorado Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and the Colorado Technology Association. Merigold's career has also included founding Centennial Security and serving as a founding CEO, board member, and VC investor.
