Matt Davies
Matt Davies is a branding & culture consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in strategy and design. He has worked with hundreds of clients, including global brands such as Nestle, Boots, Specsavers, Capital One, Nikon, Fred Perry, and Experian. With a focus on standing out in the marketplace and creating positive customer and employee experiences, Matt helps organizations communicate their value, unite their teams, and build their culture. He achieved certification as a Brand Specialist with Marty Neumeier in 2019 and has spoken at numerous business events. Matt has founded and run his own design business, helped run a digital marketing agency, and served as head of global brand strategy at Newfound and director of brand strategy at Motto. He also previously hosted the JUST Branding podcast and served as industry fellow to NTU Business & Design schools at Nottingham Trent University.
