Founded in 2019, Ramfeld began as a property acquisition intermediary. Focused on the residential sector of Quebec real estate, our team was constantly on the lookout for sound investment opportunities.

At the height of the pandemic, we recognized the tremendous demand for residential real estate and the lack of services that our clients were receiving post-acquisition. It is then that we decided to modify our business model and develop a turnkey investment service that assisted our clients through the entire investment process - from brokerage to construction to property management.

As a startup with no initial cash injection, the first steps of developing Ramfeld required me to fulfill various roles simultaneously. Our success ultimately came down to our ability to grow the business towards a set of defined goals and objectives, along with developing long term relationships with several growing investors.

During my approximately two and a half years at Ramfeld, I developed several operational systems, played a key role in the acquisition of Multi Million Dollars in real estate deals, generated over $150,000 in construction sales, recruited and delegated staff for both management and construction divisions and handled the day to day operations of over 60 doors in our property management division.

Guiker is a real estate software which leverages automation to help landlords efficiently rent out and manage their apartment units. Guiker is geared towards the student rental market, with marketing and sales carried out near universities in the Montreal, Chicago and Greater Toronto Area.

As a Sales Representative at Guiker, I was in charge of handling the development of new accounts in the greater Montreal area. Once on-boarded, I took charge of the entire leasing process - from preparing pictures to publishing the listing on all relevant platforms, hosting visits, running background checks and signing leases.

At Workbase is a co-working space situated in Downtown Montreal, providing small to mid size businesses with a high-tech workspace to network within. As one of the first employees, I took part in developing the launch and growth strategy, which involved strategic partnerships with companies such as Rogers Communications.

Executed the launch strategy to grow the company's footprint in Quebec.

Feldman Dray Immobilier is a privately held residential real estate investment firm that specializes in multi-unit projects within Montreal and neighbouring suburbs.

Planned and carried out the renovation process of multiple residential properties from A-Z

Developed a detailed budget plan and logged expenses on a daily basis

Put in place the appropriate demolition and construction team,  handled the application process with the corresponding municipalities and selected the appropriate suppliers and tradesmen.

Laurier York is a real estate investment firm that acquires and manages residential and mixed-use properties. Following my internship in 2015, I was invited back to assist the managing director of property acquisitions. I conducted daily tasks relating to accounts receivables, accounts payable, tenant related issues and searched the market for prospective investment opportunities.

I became familiar with planning in logical steps, budgeting expenses and managing a schedule according to a deadline. I gained an understanding of how to achieve exceptional results, through organization and time management.
