Mark Burley is a seasoned radio broadcaster and senior-level program director with over 30 years of exceptional experience in the broadcasting industry. He has launched and managed several radio stations and worked in various roles such as on-air personality, promotion manager, production manager, and program director. In addition, Mark has shown proficiency in problem-solving, exploring innovative ideas, and increasing efficiencies in his work.

Mark Burley studied broadcasting, radio, and television at Conestoga College. He became one of Canada's few network programmers with a successful track record of integrating network programming and local execution to benefit broadcasting organizations. He has previously been the program director for Pelmorex & Telemedia in Northern Ontario, where he contributed significantly to developing network integration, address-ability, and beta-tested Music Master functions.

Further, Mark served as the group program director for Bell Media's 22 radio stations in the BC Interior. In this role, he supervised seven program directors, five formats within seven different clusters, and spearheaded network programming direction and integration. Mark's leadership at the Sun FM Network in Kelowna's saw exceptional ratings, and his radio station, 99.9 Sun FM, received numerous Canadian Music Week Industry Awards recognition as the station of the year, Small Market.

Mark Burley's outstanding performance and vast experience have earned him various senior-level positions, including his recent appointment as the Executive Director of the Downtown Kelowna Association. Through his remarkable expertise, he has been pivotal in building Canada's largest college frequency radio station from scratch, developing it into a living lab for broadcasting program students.
