Mark Jacobson is an accomplished Founder and CEO of Terrain Analytics, a seasoned entrepreneur and venture capitalist, and an expert in the Human Capital space. With over two decades of experience in identifying, acquiring, and retaining top talent across various stages of a company's trajectory, Mark has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by businesses in managing their human resources.

Prior to launching Terrain Analytics, Mark served as the Fund Advisor and Co-Founder of SignalFire, a prominent early-stage venture capital fund. Additionally, he served as a strategic advisor to 3forty3, a consulting firm that helps business leaders build successful teams. He has also held senior positions at True Search, Ignition Talent Group, Korn/Ferry International, James & Co., Barlow Group, and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.

Mark earned a BA in English from Tufts University and studied at Instituto Internacional. He has also completed graduate coursework at UCLA and UC Berkeley.
