Abdul Muqeeth

Abdul Muqeeth is an Industrial and Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in facilitating vehicle design improvements for automotive companies. With a keen eye for faults and utilizing root cause analysis techniques, he excels in identifying and addressing engineering issues. In his role as a Vehicle Systems Evaluator at Roush, Abdul surpassed his target of finding 3 faults per vehicle by conducting in-depth evaluations, extensive research, and pushing vehicles to their limits. His feedback and fault identification have significantly contributed to the enhancement of quality for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) prototype vehicles. Alongside evaluating vehicles for product validation and enhancement, Abdul's passion for vehicle safety and design enhancements emerged during his master's in industrial engineering, where he initiated a project to enhance an airbag design utilizing the Six Sigma DMAIC tool. His innovative solutions included proposing a new tubular airbag design and suggesting an alternative propellant material for airbag deployment. Additionally, Abdul's interest in vehicles extends to creating and competing with go-karts and racing cars. He played a crucial role in a Formula SAE SUPRA project that ranked in the top 60 out of 200 teams, focusing on powertrain mounting and chassis design. Furthermore, Abdul co-developed a single-passenger electric go-kart powered by a battery for the Eco-Kart Series. With a skill set encompassing solution development, process optimization, engineering analysis, and 3D modeling, Abdul Muqeeth is a valuable asset for any project requiring expertise in industrial and mechanical testing and design strategies.
