Siddhesh Dere is an accomplished business professional with a diverse background in finance, business development, change management, project management, and international business. He is a postgraduate in foreign trade from the World Trade Institute and an MBA graduate in finance and real estate from the Said Business School at the University of Oxford.

Siddhesh has also studied finance at the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and holds a bachelor's degree from Jai Hind College.

He has worked as a senior manager at Dere & Sons and was a management trainee at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. He also served as a consultant at CB Richard Ellis and COO at Dere Brothers Silverware.

Currently, Siddhesh is a managing partner at Jaidere Ventures LLP, where he leverages his skills and insights to drive the development of innovative and high-growth businesses. Over the years, Siddhesh has honed his expertise in government liaisoning and development, which has helped him successfully manage cross-functional teams across various industries.
