Virginia Hawkins is a well-educated and experienced business development professional with a knack for helping companies improve their direct-to-consumer sales through customer acquisition and retention. A former consultant for retail companies on marketing and sales strategies, she has worked with numerous high-profile organizations such as Deloitte, McKinsey & Company, and Teneo Holdings. As Chief Strategy Officer at Starfish Project and now VP of Business Development at Darling Media, she has demonstrated her expertise in developing and overseeing business strategies that promote growth and success. Virginia is a Jefferson Scholar from the University of Virginia and has spent nearly three years in Beijing, China. She is currently residing in Dallas, Texas with her furry friend Scout.
