Kurt Hartfeil is a results-oriented IT professional with extensive experience in staffing and consulting solutions. He specializes in IT recruiting, candidate matching, resume consulting, job description writing, and career coaching. Kurt has helped many IT professionals achieve their career goals and has earned numerous awards, including the Captain and Admiral Awards at Talent Navigation Experts, where he currently serves as the Recruiting Manager.

Before joining Talent Navigation Experts, Kurt served as the Lead Technical Recruiter and Training Coordinator, the Account Executive and Senior Technical Recruiter, and the Business Development Manager and Senior Technical Recruiter at various organizations. He studied History at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and has since gained expertise in team leadership, process creation and implementation, and training and mentoring.
