Rachel Saunders is an accomplished legal professional with a diverse background in corporate governance, entertainment law, and legal practice. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Western Sydney University and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia. She also has a General Directorship Certification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Saunders has worked in various legal roles, including as a paralegal at DMH Stallard LLP, Mallesons Stephen Jaques, and Wolferstans. She has also served as General Counsel at Sydney Showground, where she led the legal team's legal advice and commercial negotiations, among other responsibilities. In addition, she has been Company Secretary at RAS of NSW Foundation.

Before joining Sydney Showground, Rachel was Senior Legal Counsel at Onsite Rental Group, where she provided legal advice to the business and managed relationships with key suppliers and customers. She was also seconded to DibbsBarker to provide support to the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions team.

Saunders has a keen interest in professional development, having completed a Master of Laws degree at the College of Law and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the University of Western Sydney. She has also done a course in Arabic at the University of Sydney.
