Mike Jenkins is a highly accomplished and experienced Talent Acquisition Professional with over two decades of experience in the field. He started his career as a CPA and then moved on to recruiting and talent acquisition. Throughout his career, he has worked both internally as a member of Human Resources and externally as a recruiting service provider. He is an expert in recruitment process design and management, executive recruitment strategy, diversity recruitment strategy, and employment branding. He also excels in emerging market strategy, vendor management, LEAN staffing, and search engine marketing. Mike has worked with various ATS and recruiting technologies and is skilled in metrics design, measurement, and reporting. Prior to his work as a Talent Acquisition Leader, Mike was a Human Resources Manager at Blue & Co., LLC. He was also a Recruiting Operations Leader (RPO) at TruStar Talent Solutions, a Talent Acquisition Manager at Ascension Health, and a Managing Director at Spherion/Mergis Group, among other positions.
