- Responsible for End-to-End Marketing, NPI & Strategy for DJO Global’s $75M plus Footcare Solution Business Unit.•	Pivotal in driving a +1.4% growth in 2019 for Dr. Comfort after five plus years of YoY decline •	Under my leadership the B2B Clinical Segment grew +2.2% YoY due to strong Marketing support through Collateral, Samples, Training as well as B2B Marketing through traditional mediums like Print, Mailers, Radio and TV. •	Instrumental in developing and implementing Dr. Comfort’s eCommerce strategy (Web + Amazon) which grew ePen from 2% of Total Revenue in 2017 to 8% in 2019. The growth was driven by focused B2C eCommerce Marketing through Search, Display, Affiliates, Retargeting, Social & Email.  •	Successfully launched 12 Therapeutic Shoes that had to adhere to the strict compliance & regulations of a Class 1 Medical Device. These NPI Therapeutic Shoes drove 11% of Total Revenue in 2019 •	Commercialized & developed the Product Adoption Strategy for our Orthotics offering which grew by +146% YoY •	Developed the 6 Tiers Dr. Comfort Volume Based Pricing Model which previously was ad-hoc and had over 6,500 different Pricing combinations making it a nightmare to manage and audit.•	Created the Business Case, Wrote the Requirements and Managed the Development of Key IT projects like B2C website, B2B website & the Comfort Scan Mobile iPad app.•	Managed a Global Distributed Team which was responsible for Go-to-Market, eCommerce Demand Generation, B2C & B2B Merchandizing, Pricing, Promotions, Discounts, New Product Introduction (NPI), Product Lifecycle Management, Budgets, Reporting and Analytics.•	Worked closely with cross-functional partners in Compliance, Regulatory, Legal, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT and Operations to drive NPI, Launch New Initiatives & grow the bottom-line EBITDA for Dr. Comfort.
