Jarrad Toussant is a highly accomplished educational leader with years of experience in various educational organizations. After completing his undergraduate degree in Plan II Honors Program at the University of Texas at Austin, he went on to pursue both MBA and MPA degrees from Rutgers Business School and Rutgers University, respectively.

Jarrad's professional journey has been an impressive one, which started with him working at Teach For America as a Development Director, where he raised several million dollars to support the organization's efforts to improve educational opportunities for underserved communities. He then worked as an Executive Director at Citizen Schools, where he collaborated with school districts, community organizations, and volunteers to provide expanded learning opportunities to students. Notably, he also served as a Senior Education Advisor for the Mayor's Office in the City of Newark, NJ, where he was responsible for implementing education policies and initiatives.

In recent years, Jarrad has held several senior-level positions, including Vice President at Rocketship Education and Deputy Director at Educate Texas. In his most recent role at the Texas Education Agency, he served as the Division Director for College Career and Military Preparation, where he led a team that developed state policies and programs designed to prepare students for postsecondary education and the workforce.

Currently, Jarrad serves as the Senior Vice President at the Dallas Regional Chamber, where he leads the organization's education and workforce development initiatives, building partnerships across the education, business, and civic communities to drive economic growth in the region.
