Ioannis Polychroniadis is an accomplished urban designer with a passion for creating sustainable and community-led spaces that improve the quality of life for residents. After completing his international baccalaureate in Greece, Ioannis earned his BA (Hons) Architecture and MA Urban Design at Oxford Brookes University. He firmly believes that all built environment fields, such as architecture, landscape, and town planning, should work together to create the best possible communities.

Ioannis is highly experienced in community-led design and passionate about the regeneration of low-income areas, derelict neighborhoods, and unfulfilled public spaces. His expertise lies in using design as a powerful tool to change socio-economic features and improve the lifestyle and surroundings of people.

Before joining Prince's Foundation for Building Community as a designer, Ioannis founded Simply Urban Design LTD and worked as an architect at Areen Design, Design and Construction Consultancy Kostoulas-Lazaridis, and as a Junior Assistant Architect(Arvanitakis Associates). In his current role, he has continued to make a significant impact in his field.
