Carlos Vio is an accomplished strategist and transformation professional with extensive experience in change management, program implementation, and team development. Carlos holds several designations, including Certified Scrum Master, Co-Active Coaching, and Change Management Professional, and has studied Design Thinking and Web Master Content. Before becoming a Partner at The Endring Group, Carlos worked at CIBC in several leadership positions, including Senior Director of Organization and Team Enablement, Director of Program Management, and Senior Manager of Business and Program Management. He also has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Web Master Content and a BA Honours in Mass Communications and Spanish from York University.
