Fevzi Alp Atar is a renowned contracting and procurement professional with a solid track record and extensive local and international management experience in end-to-end supply chain with one of Turkey's top companies. He has held various leadership positions at Shell and has contributed significantly to the company's success in high-risk environments, including Turkey. He is a seasoned expert in contracting with direct government contract and government intermediates, using bottom-line savings, KPIs, pro-active change management, and system thinking.
