Elizabeth Juhnke is a recognized leader in the field of human-computer interaction, design thinking, and mobile design. She holds a Master's Degree from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Washington. Juhnke currently works as a UX Principal at The Home Depot, where she uses her expertise to make interfaces invisible and decipher user expectations.
Before joining The Home Depot, Juhnke managed the User Experience Design work for the Boeing Manufacturing Operations Management Tool Suite. She established and led the Boeing User Experience Community of Excellence, steering committee, and shipped numerous web and mobile productivity tools. She is known for conducting UCD activities across major Boeing programs, resulting in significant capital avoidances.
