He proceeded to Marketing Architects, where he worked as an instructor of development, before becoming the Director of Organizational Development at Flint Group of Agencies. He also worked at Summit Group Software, where he was the Vice President of Marketing and Customer Engagement. Eric's extensive background in organizational development and training advanced him to serve as an Adjunct Professor at Concordia College while hosting the Actionable Marketing Podcast at CoSchedule. He was the Head of Brand & Buzz and later became the Senior Marketing Manager at WEX, where he served to drive marketing automation, influencer marketing, and brand development.
