The RP/6 Fellowship program provides transitioning servicemembers and military family members the opportunity to continue their service by becoming full community coordinators for transitioning veterans.► Administered data/voice networks and workstations for 2 locations with 99% uptime over a 12-months. Provided 24/7 desktop support for 25+ employee workstations and a 20 station computer lab with 50+ daily client users ensuring 3000+ clients had access to first in class service.► Designed editorial content strategy; curated and edited content; collaborated across teams to identify content. Army Special Forces (Airborne)

Senior Program Manager, Operations and Special Programs

Led a 30 member cross-functional team ensuring that all future operations are planned, coordinated, and synchronized; responsible for operational coordination and mission support of the Afghan National Army Commando program in Western Afghanistan. Provided oversight and guidance on Commando mission planning through the Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force Commander (CJSOTF).► Reviewed and prepared 200+ project proposals with a 90% final approval rate, the highest amongst 5 organizations in an 8-month period by ensuring compliance, assessing and managing risk, and prioritizing logistical support.► Coordinated training and communication efforts to rapidly implement change across 20 remote outposts. Managed 4 iterations of a program to receive new teams rotating into the SOTF, provide 3-days of collective and individual training on essential subjects, coordinate their onward movement, and validate their readiness to the SOTF Commander.► Fostered critical enhancements to the SOTF West Exploitation Analysis Cell (EAC) ensuring that all items submitted to the laboratory were processed, exploited, and documented properly and that any relevant information that came as a result of biometric analysis was immediately disseminated to the operational element that submitted to the lab, as well as the SOTF and CJSOTF.

Senior Program Manager, Future Operations and Plans

Served as Special Operations Task Force Liaison to the ISAF Regional Commander for Western Afghanistan. Led a 4-man cell that provided support to all Special Operations Missions at Herat Airfield, AFG. Briefed the RC-W Commander on all Commando Operations, Taliban Reintegration Efforts, Village Stability Operations, and SOTF activities. Participated in Operational Planning Groups and served as an Operations and Intelligence singleton.► Developed strong liaison relationships with foreign military members (ISAF/NATO) to provide real world analysis to strategic interests.► Aided in analyzing, reporting, and disseminating Afghanistan measures of stability which included security, governance and development, and Human Terrain Analysis.► Garnered support for friendly forces rotary lift, MEDEVAC for wounded US and Afghan Commandos, as well as local nationals.► Deconflicted battle space for ISAF SOF. ► Prevented fratricide against Afghan Local Police.► Led the staged overhaul of site-to-site secure data and voice links between organizations while serving as the site manager of a multimillion-dollar logistics trans-load outpost ensuring seamless communications and continuity of operations; reduced dependency on problematic and vulnerable microwave point to point relays.

Liason Officer to NATO Regional Command  -  Operations Manager, Logistics

Directed, coordinated, and resourced training, schools, and facilities to support training events and combat rotations of for a 600-man Special Forces Battalion conducting operations in the PACOM and CENTCOM AORs; managed all battalion sub-unit organizational taskings and external resource procurement; and managed special projects. Led Joint Operations Center staff through pre-mission training. Coordinated all collective training for all of the battalion's Special Forces Intelligence Sergeants (18F). Assisted with the preparation of Pre-mission Training Scenarios with an emphasis on CIED and targeting terrorist networks. 

Program Manager, Training and Operations

Operations Sergeant for a 12-man Special Forces ODA specializing in Direct Action. Responsible for all aspects of individual and small unit training; trained forces actively engaged in contingency operations in the PACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR); mentored and counseled all detachment members ensuring their professional development. Combat advised an Afghan National Army Battalion in combat operations throughout one of the most contested provinces in Northwestern Afghanistan and then initiated Village Stability Operations in the Arghandab River Valley in Kandahar Province, Afghanistan. Used Social Network Analysis and CARVER to conduct multidiscipline analysis and targeting to develop a multi-provincial campaign plan tied in with ISAF/NATO and Afghan National Security Forces. Primary Instructor for the Special Forces Sniper Course Level 2 that prepared 24 new SOF snipers for a combat deployment.  Conducted the planning and execution of one OEF-P deployment. Led pre-mission training and deployed the ODA to OEF-A XV.

Operations Manager, Special Forces Operational Detachment Alpha Team Sergeant

Served as the Battle NCO for a forward deployed Special Operations Task Force. Trained, coached, and mentored 20 cross-functional employees over a 12-month period supporting continuous security and logistical support operations ensuring consistent results and high morale.  Led a team of 24 senior managers, supervisors, legal, medical and communications specialists that managed the completion of 200 security and special operations projects. Ensured air and emergency response assets were prioritized to support personnel in crisis.  Managed all systems and data inside the Joint Operations Center. Set the standard for organizing and displaying critical information in the most simple and intuitive ways to enable decision makers to update their situational awareness and make timely critical decisions. Developed systems for tracking as many as four simultaneous operations in varying phases of execution to include National Level Operations of the Iraqi Special Operations Force. Screened Target Intelligence Packets as part of the CONOP review process for accuracy and quality control. Participated in targeting cells and weekly SOTF targeting meetings. Targeted HVIs and IED networks utilizing F3EAD and CALEB methodologies. Utilized multiple tools and imagery to produce collateral damage risk assessments and designate no fire areas for direct action missions.

Watch Officer, Special Operations Task Force

Served as Team Sergeant for a forward-stationed Special Forces Operational Detachment Alpha (SFODA) with two classified Joint Chiefs of Staff directed missions which is part of the Pacific Command (PACOM) commander's In-extremis Force (CIF); responsible for all aspects of individual and small unit training in sniper/observer (SO) operations, military free fall (MFF), reconnaissance planning, intelligence gathering, night fire, communications and no notice deployments theater wide; trained forces actively engaged in contingency operations in the PACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR); mentored and counseled all detachment members ensuring their professional development.Served as Team Sergeant for the Counter Terrorism Extended Training Services Specialist Team in support of OEF-P. Senior Enlisted Adviser to the Philippine National Counter Terrorism Force. Charged with enhancing their ability to conduct counter terrorism operations, unilateral sustainment training, equipment maintenance and resource management. Coordinated daily with the US State Department Mission in the Philippines. Enabled and defined the way ahead for 120+ personnel and $3M+ of funding to be redirected to internal programs through assessment of host nation units and their organizational capacity. Established an overseas office for a critical multi-year program. Managed $1M+ annual operations support budget, performed vetting and hiring of local nationals, established policies, and standardized procedures. Conducted a successful 6-month full accounting of $1.4M of foreign aid equipment. Established a 3-year sustainment and maintenance program for that critical aid equipment.

Served as Intelligence Sergeant for a forward-stationed Special Forces Operational Detachment Alpha (SFODA) with two classified Joint Chiefs of Staff directed missions which is part of the Pacific Command (PACOM) commander's In-extremis Force (CIF); employs conventional and unconventional warfare tactics and techniques in intelligence collection and processing during unilateral, combined, coalition, joint, interagency and multi-national operations; trained forces actively engaged in contingency operations in the PACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Specialized in Advanced  Communications Employment, Advanced Reconnaissance, Maritime Operations, Military Freefall Parachuting, Mountaineering, Technical Surveillance, Tactical Operations, CQB, Joint environments and Sniper Operations. Utilized various Intelligence systems such as ArcGIS, Google Earth, SIPRNET, Analyst Notebook, and open source outlets to construct an all source intelligence view for products and analysis during crisis action planning. Updated threat vulnerability assessments of six key facilities and established effective security programs which reduced risk to assets and personnel at these facilities. Leveraged commercial off the shelf equipment to enhance military systems which provided immediate capability versus years of research and development and millions of dollars spent.  Maintained Common Intelligence Picture for the Sniper Troop Produced imagery products during crisis planning. Established analytical processes to identify key nodes of malevolent networks which allowed limited assets to effect degradation of these networks.     Updated threat vulnerability assessments of six key facilities and established effective security programs which reduced risk to assets and personnel at these facilities.

Program Manager, Intelligence and Operations

Served as the primary Instructor for Phase II of the Special Forces Qualification Course and was responsible for training and mentoring of 60 students and 9 cadre on Infantry organization, doctrine, and tactics up to company level with special emphasis on close combat, air assault, and airborne operations, combat/reconnaissance patrols, mission planning, and basic and advanced rifle marksmanship over a 46 day training Program of Instruction for four cycles a year. Increased a vital indoctrination training program’s personnel output by 100% in 6-months following the events of 9/11 by assessing, modernizing, and reorganizing to grow from 4 to 6 classes per year; helped fill critical shortfalls. Directly trained 2000+ Soldiers with a 94% pass rate as the lead instructor of an 8-member team charged with training, coaching, mentoring, and evaluating Soldiers selected for Special Forces. Assisted with the injection of post 9/11 asymmetrical threat lessons into the Special Forces Qualifications Courses Road to War Lesson Plan to help bridge between the course's long-standing scenario and current global conflicts. Trained many of the field grade officers in Special Forces today.

Trained in Weapons, Tactics, Explosives, HAZMAT, Advanced Marksmanship, Hand to Hand Combat, Advanced Medical Training, Communications, Surveillance, Advanced Reconnaissance, Water Operations, Static Line Parachuting, Mountaineering, MS Office, Technical Surveillance, Tactical Operations, CQB, Joint environments and Sniper Operations. Developed and implemented a Microsoft Excel/Access based inventory system that streamlined the accounting for $3.5M of equipment during deployments, training, and daily operations.  Led the first Air Assault course in the Republic of Indonesia. Adapted U.S. military methodologies of training to introduce complex concepts with minimal risk to personnel and equipment.  Developed programs of instruction and lesson outlines while training members of foreign militaries and U.S. law enforcement agencies.
