David Mitnick is a seasoned attorney with expertise in intellectual property law. He commenced his career at Sanwa Bank Japan, specializing in project finance groups, supervising telecom, energy, and industrial sectors' foreign projects. He further honed his legal profession by representing clients on all aspects of intellectual property law, such as copyright and patent litigation, internet law, and brand protection as an associate attorney at Amster Rothstein & Ebenstein. His decade of experience in this law firm allowed him to cultivate enduring business connections with some of the greatest attorneys in the country. Later on, he founded DomainSkate, of which he is the President, assuring protection against scammers, phishers, and squatters that damage clients' online reputation. David directs the company toward the mission of creating better and safer brands through their exclusive software that screens malicious web pages in real-time.

David studied at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he obtained his undergraduate degree. He then acquired Doctor of Law (J.D.) in Intellectual Property Law from Brooklyn Law School. Also, he serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the New York Stem Cell Foundation, and the Advisory Board Chairman of the Brooklyn Law School Trade Secrets Institute.
