Ryan Kladar is a civil engineer-turned-data scientist with a passion for environmental sustainability. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, and Environmental Engineering, Kladar interned at Madison Gas And Electric and conducted research as an Undergraduate Research Fellow at both the university and NOAA: National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration. This experience fueled his interest in the intersection of engineering and data science, leading him to become an Analyst and later a Senior Analyst at Strategen. Kladar's expertise now lies at the intersection of civil engineering and data science, where he employs innovative approaches to drive more sustainable solutions in the energy industry. Today, as Market Optimization at Ams, he is working to bring data science to bear in the fight against climate change.
