One of the few Nasdaq listed Brazilian companies, Nuvini buys, operate and grow businesses based on SaaS (Software as a Service).

As one of the first hires at nuvini, I led the strategy and growth of the team from scratch. Acting as an advisor for nuvini's companies related to People, our main goal was to create a Center of Excellence that would help the startups scale faster and better. Main accomplishments:

- nuvini's Culture Code and EVP strategy, with mission, vision and values created and reinforced throughout the year
- All companies within the group got the Great Place to Work Certificate
- Talent Review process implemented
- Compensation project with BetaMind
- Talent Acquisition training for Leadership and HR
- Gupy (ATS) as a unified platform for managing candidates and open positions
- Leadership Training (a.Karta)
- Qulture Rocks - performance, OKRs and culture reinforcement platform

Elaborated the succession planning and acted as an advisor for the impact people have in the business, analysing costs vs grow, org design, being a business partner for the founders and the Head of People within the portfolio.

Chief People Officer

Responsible for the strategy and execution of the 2019 and 2020 plan for the following areas: Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Culture, Communication & Employer Brand (this last one until Nov/19), managing a team of 17, with 3 direct reports (Managers).

Main achievements in Talent Acquisition:
*Led and developed the TA team in one of the biggest challenges for OLX in 2019: scale Tech and Product teams. We went from a low performance team to a high performance and motivated team, delivering company OKRs that impacted directly the business (43% increase in Tech and 90% increase in Product headcount), 120 hires in Product and Tech, 361 overall. 
*Standardized the selection process for Tech; launched a Referral Program, and trained interviewers in the Technology area to improve hiring ratio - all initiatives that I influenced as a Director of the area, given the previous knowledge acquired throughout my career.

Main achievements in Learning & Development
*Implemented Qulture Rocks platform for Development purposes (online platform for 1:1s, feedback and performance management, reinforcing company values.
In Communication, we delivered a much more collaborative and real-time intranet (OLX+), generating a very positive impact for the company.
*Delivered leadership training such as Morten Hansen's Collaboration and Decision Making content.
*Launched the first Tech and Product Academy, comprised of 15 online courses developed in-house.
*Strategy and implementation of People Review Committees, bringing more fairness to the performance review process 

Main achievements in Culture, Communication and Employer Brand:
*Coordinated the launch of the Diversity Committee.
*In Employer Branding, we significantly increased our presence in Tech and product events, strengthening the perception of OLX as a technology company (i.e. TDC, Product camp, QCon, OLX Labs launch), with a 40% increase in followers on LinkedIn.

Talent Acquisition and Compensation Director

. Elaborated the strategy for allocating resources and roles, improved the recruiting process, introduced new tools and used data to influence business leaders in their decisions. As a result, we doubled the size of the company in 6 months ( projected for 12 months), with a total of 288 hires.
. Hired and developed the regional team of 8 in Brazil, Argentina and Mexico.
. Provided Interview Training to the entire leadership team in LatAm.
. Designed the Internship program in Mexico and Brazil.
. Designed innovative initiatives such as Talent Happy Hours in Brazil, Mexico and Argentina, improving brand awareness and hiring more effectively.
. Implemented diversity recruitment initiatives such as Refugees Hiring, streamlining processes and scaling the team to help the company achieve the expected results.

. Part of the team that internalised the recruitment and selection process. The main challenge was to rethink and reshape the way to attract, hire and retain the employees, including Internal Mobility, University Outreach, and Diversity driven recruitment practices.
. Managed a team of 8 Analysts, focused on hiring corporate areas such as: Investment and Corporate Bank, Private Banking, Product, Technology, HR, Marketing and Communications, covering 6,000 employees and over than 300 roles/month.
. Responsible for role allocation, recruitment strategies, internal mobility policies, University Programs, Internship and Trainee Programs
. Hired a large part of the digital platforms team.
. Invited by the Global Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the EVP project in Brazil

Talent Acquisition Manager

. Led and managed recruiting efforts for US Hispanic and Regional Offices (Miami), including Mexico, Venezuela, Brazil, and Argentina. The Talent Acquisition team delivered over 130 hires in 2015 throughout the region.
. Led a number of relevant hires both in terms of relevance and seniority: the digital technology team in Miami who launched the HBOGo platform, the newly created Social Media team in Miami, the Advertising Sales department in Mexico, and the Creative team of MAX Networks channel in Mexico.
. Developed the first Careers page of  the company (jobs.hbolatinamerica.com), improving the candidate's experience and branding.
. Led the process of defining and deployment of new ATS called iCIMS, improving candidate experience, metrics and reporting.
. Responsible for the definition and allocation of the Staffing Agencies portfolio to support us throughout the region.
. Creation and improvement of recruitment policies and practices for all offices (USA, Venezuela, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina).
