Mário Cavaco is a seasoned business professional with over two decades of experience in various pharma industry roles in multinational firms such as GSK, Schering-Plough, and Jaba Farmaceutica. He has a proven track record in leadership, management, strategy, negotiation, tender, training, and sales. Mário is also an expert in communication, consulting, and training, having worked as a consultant and trainer at Wilson Learning and Capita-Consulting GmbH. He's a former speaker and mentor at Toastmasters International and a guest lecturer at various Portuguese universities, including the prestigious Catholic Lisbon University.

As an executive master's degree holder in management with a specialization in leadership development and a postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutical Industry Management from the same institution, Mário has also acquired in-depth knowledge of negotiation and Marketing Management from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

In addition to his professional expertise, Mário has held leadership positions as Head of the Iberian Life Sciences Business Unit of BTS/Wilson Learning Corporation and Head of Management Team at the ISEG Leadership Toastmasters Club - Portugal. He is currently the manager/owner of ERA ALENQUER, a real estate agency based in Portugal, where he applies an involvement leadership style focused on results and people's development.
