Tripathy, a seasoned executive with experience in CEO, CFO, COO, and senior management roles for multinational corporations, currently serves as a Principal at Kaufman Rossin, where he specializes in consulting and coaching for executives and boards. With a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusivity in business, Trip leverages his intuitive communication skills and business acumen to foster high performing businesses. Throughout his career, he has successfully championed business growth, profitability, and turnarounds for five consumer products and retailing companies across multiple geographies, including the US, UK, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Australia.

Trip's expertise began at PepsiCo, where he played a key role in acquisitions, start-ups, and developing Asia Pacific businesses for Frito-Lay International, resulting in a growth from $500M to $8B. He also led the turnaround of Limited Brands and served as President of Macy's $2B Florida business, before and after the successful integration of Burdines. Following his tenure at Macy's and The TJX Companies as Corporate CFO, Trip joined family-owned Yildiz as Chief Strategy Officer, where he advocated for and played a vital role in repositioning the group and expanding the U.S. business.

With an MBA degree from Texas Christian University and as a CPA, Trip currently leads Kaufman & Rossin’s C-Suite & Board Advisory consulting practice. He is also a former board member and past chair of the Neeley Board of Advisors at Texas Christian University and a former business advisor at Beacon Strategic Consulting LLC.
