John Pernsteiner is a problem solver with a passion to help businesses and organizations succeed. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Washington State University, he has worked in different capacities over the years, from making lattes as a barista to helping car dealers with online ads. John has always brought an insatiable curiosity to solve the customer's problem at hand.

John's extensive experience includes working as the EVP of Global Product at Emsi where he leads the identification of global markets of talent for multi-national corporations across their full geography of operations. Prior to that, John held the position of VP of Economic Development where he worked with over 200 cities and 30 state governments in developing effective talent strategies for business recruitment and growth.

John is a multifaceted leader who has served as a City Council Member at City of Lewiston in the past. His expertise in location economics, workforce development, and digital strategy has provided businesses with the tools to recruit and grow effectively.
